Naruto should lose Kurama and Killer Bee should die. This way, we get to see how Naruto can fight on his own, without relying on Kurama's chakra. Perhaps an upgrade would do him good. It would silence the people who say Naruto is nothing without Kurama. Plus, Madara should initiate the Mugen Tsukuyomi and the antagonist should win, atleast temporarily! That would be a very great thing for this manga!

By losing Kurama, Naruto could die. But I think if he dies, its the best time for Obito's redemption by using Rinne Tensei one more time to revive Naruto. Theres also a potential of the "Fruit" emerging as I believe it was introduced for a purpose. It will be a good replacement or even better.

Killer bee dying and loosing Gyuuki - yes, His purpouse is done in the manga. Besides Madara need stronger version of Juubi instead of repeating same crap.

Naruto loosing Kurama - No, first he need to get other half of Kurama and combined it with Sennin mode only after displaying it's peak power... I can see Naruto loosing Kurama

Anyway, yeah Madara should get Juubi Jin but stronger Juubi version.

Imo: Full Juubi Jin SOSP > Almost(8 full beasts + a bit of Kurama) full Juubi Jin Madara > Incomplete(7 beasts + a bit from Gyuuki and Kurama) Juubi Jin Obito.
