Okay what we know till now.
He know about Itachi everything almost everything.
So only few people knew about Itachi good side: Shishui, Obito, Sasuke.
Shishui is dead at least everyone think so. And it would be stupid to revive him and turn him against Sasuke.
Obito is dead for sure.
Sasuke is his enemy.
So. What i can think off is Itachi secret Family.
This kid is about 15-16 years old.
Same time as Itachi was killed +/- 2 years.
And it makes sense:
1.That he did't knew that Itachi loved Sasuke.
2.That he wan't revenge.
3. Why he was hidden all this time.
But than question is who is his mentor.
