Hashirama is already getting a tie with Madara's strongest tech even though:

- Madara has his DNA/Mokuton

- He has many clones, thus his power is split

- Madara is using his strongest technique while Hashirama isn't even using Shinsusenju.

He doesn't look as though he's actually trying, or seriously concerned imho. I feel he's in such control he felt confident enough to explain the origin if the Juubi. He doesn't seem to be in a rush...at least to me.

Have you not seen madara get serious these past chapters? He has to move quickly because this is his final trump card.
