This really needs to be cleared up

And it is yellow in the manga
Then in the last it's changed to yellow or golden maybe they were trying to go with the manga but in one scene it was blue
But from these scans some are blue and some are yellow

The anime coloured chakra to be blue, when in fact, the colour of chakra is unique to each individual. I think Kishi always intended Naruto's Rasengan to be yellow in colour since Naruto's chakra is yellow. However, the anime coloured the Rasengan blue, so Kishi let it stay this way. Why? Probably because when people think of the Rasengan, they think of a round, blue mass of chakra (since a lot of people discover the series through the anime).
