Yeah Kakashi said Rin its confusing but a rule of thumb for manga is if you dont see any changes in how the bubble looks its the same person talking

Changes= Rounded bubble to Pointy Bubble,It appearing next to someone else etc

It's Kakashi because there isn't anything that indicates otherwise. Yes the word is said during Obito's pannel, but there isn't anything connecting it back to him. You can go back through the magna and find cases like this plenty of times.
