Does it seem to anyone else that there is a similarity between Hashirama and Itachi in the latest chapter.

In one scan Madara asks Hashi to kill his brother for the Uchiha to be able to trust the Senju.
In the other Danzo asks Itachi to kill his clan to protect his brother because the Senju are not able to trust the Uchiha.

It's kind of a subtle connection, but I feel like there's something there which Sasuke might be able to identify with.. because his brother was faced with a similar ultimatum due to the lack of trust between the two clans, and he can identify with Hashi's love for his brother.

That ultimatum that Danzo gave Itachi DEFINED Itachi's life from then on (as well as Sasuke's)... I have a feeling Madara's ultimatum to Hashi will define Hashi's life from then on which Sasuke can sympathize with.

It's not that Hashi and Itachi are alike in any other way, that's not my point. My point is that this moment in their lives is very similar.

Good connection. I missed this one. It'll be interesting to see which path he takes, because it opens up more possiblites. I'm even more interested in tom's chapter now.

Well yeah there is a link.

Hmm dont u see it symbolic on the last frame with buddas?
On the right there is a budda that represents good side and stand with uchihas option.
On the left evil budda with 4 eyes=EMS, loss/hatred/revenge as result of stand by village option.

PS im no expert in buddas, any1 help me out here lol

Phra Phrom (พระพรหม; from Sanskrit: Vara Brahma) is the Thai representation of the Hindu god Brahma,[1] who is regarded in Thai culture as a deity of good fortune and protection.

Worshipers of Phra Phrom usually offer incense, candles, jasmine flowers or jasmine garlands and young coconut milk (with water in them) in their worship, usually placing these offerings before all four heads of Phra Phrom, each head representing a different aspect of the deity; it is believed each side of Phra Phrom offers different blessings. Another common way of worship is to place wooden elephant statues on the altar to honor him. Phra Phrom is also known to admire Thai classical music, which is played near larger scale outdoor altars, accompanied by dancers. Worshipers of Phra Phrom are also usually advised to abstain from consuming meat. It is also believed that worshipers have to make good on any promises made to the deity else misfortune will befall them instead of the fortune that was asked for.

Phra Phrom is colloquially known outside Thailand as the four-faced Buddha (四面佛, Sìmiàn fó) by overseas Chinese worshipers, especially in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan where worship of Phra Phrom is popular.

A celebrated example of this representation of Brahma is the statue at the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok.[2] The golden dome of the Government House of Thailand also contains a statue of Phra Phrom.

Nah bro i didn't mean but i wanted to point out what it really meant in Buddhism this could also be what that pic in the manga represents also

Asura (Sanskrit, Pāli: असुर; Tibetan: Lha-ma-yin; Japanese: 阿修羅 Ashura; Korean: 아수라; Chinese: 阿修罗; pinyin: Āxiūluō, Vietnamese: A tu la) in Buddhism is the name of the lowest ranks of the deities or demigods of the Kāmadhātu. They are described as having three heads with three faces and four to six arms.

The Buddhist asuras are broadly derived, in general character, from the wicked asuras of Hinduism, but have acquired some very distinctive myths which are only found in Buddhist texts.
.In its Buddhist context, the word is sometimes translated "Titan" (suggesting the wars of the Greek gods and Titans), "demigod", or "antigod".
