[Question] This message keeps showing up, why?

When I try to upload a picture O-o it's not the first time.

It's a PNG picture and the max for the pics are:
Maximum File Size per Picture 512.0 KB
Maximum Picture Dimensions 999 by 2,000 Pixels

and mine is 730x600pixels and 381KB..so hmm

Also, another friend was able to save the picture :/ not me though.

Are you using an image hosting site, or copying the URL?

It's been doing that a lot to me as well, I think it's because the image file is too big. You should try resizing it.

Hmm, but It's a 730x600 since it's a background image.
the size is 381KB, I haven't checked the max size D;
I checked and it shouldn't be giving me problems but somehow it is.

Clean your cache maybe. Also from where did you downloaded it? Try saving it as a JPG and then upload it.

The original pic from google. I save it, add effects etc then save it on my pc.
I tried JPG, it doesn't work..but someone else saved it. I was making a bg for a friend, it works now so that's all that matters I guess...though I do get that message at times.​

Yes it says that, if I may ask. You guys use different servers for each member or a group of members? may sound ignorant but, I'm curious.​

A group of members, if each member had their own server, NB would need 100,000+ servers.

its different for america asia europe etc...
