Its not cuz we all know that Obito has no protection against senjutsu and thats why he lost, Jiraiya has nothing to do whit this cuz hes not even completly masterd senjutsu so if they would fight Obito would beat him neg diff. Reason is simple hes not complete master of senjutsu. The picture simply shows us who was the first senjutsu user on the show and thats it, only people like Bogard can think it is some serious manga fact which means Jiraiya > NV now...
