well I have no idea how they would beat it, the So6P had to defeat it before he could seal it
so it would seem kinda of strange if they could just seal it let alone defeat it even at a fraction of its full power :shrug:,
I would rather it be stopped before it can even take form,
that would eliminate plot no jutsu from trolling yet another villian

as for the juubi talking, I have no clue, the So6P was nice to the bijuus so maybe the juubi is literally insane and can't talk ,kind of like kid buu :shrug: (sorry for the crappy DBZ reference)
