It's so simple, this is why Sauske avoids relations with others. Its because Itachi had AIDs, and when Sauske figured it out, he was a kid, so he didnt know which gender gave AIDs and how you got it. But after he went with Orichimaru, he learned that not everyone gives AIDs so he started interacting with others more often, which led him to make his own team. Makes sense right?
