Humans can't survive in space for more than a minute because of pressure difference. They will get decompressed after longer exposure than 90 secs. That is why space suits exist. But deep sea creatures with tougher bodies capable of tolerating high pressures can survive longer.
So superhumans who have far higher levels of toughness can surely survive in space if they have an energy source other than air for respiration.
