Its just one atm difference in pressure. Many deep sea characters should be capable of staying for hours in space provided they have an oxygen source.
Normal humans can stay in space for 30 seconds so it is not that out of place, since they are superhumans having higher durability, and are fighting in their cloaks which increases their durability. Also Naruto/ Hamura can in no way be considered humans. By the way, saint seiya characters are also humans, but after they wear their god clothes, they can fight in space too. Same logic. Never equate god tier super humans with humans. U_U
And oxygen is not a problem if u can get energy from chakra. U just need an energy source or ATP which in case of humans comes from the reaction between oxygen and carbohydrates, and in NV it can be chakra.
OR you can use a futon jutsu to make some air in your lungs directly. :leaf:
