Look I hate to be that one guy, but whoever made this clearly just ripped the model assets from one of the Storm games, modded them [Sasuke's eye specifically], and then animated the models. It is very cool none the less and I am in no way suggesting that the animation process was simple. But visually the credit should go to CC2

I made this 5-7 years ago. I created the model, animated the CG, filmed the video, and composited it all together. It's low quality. It's shitty. But it's something, and I've learned a lot since. Again, I am in no way saying that its easy work. The creator of that video deserves props for the animation, but I personally know both sides of the coin and just wish everyone would give credit where credit is due to both the REAL CG artists, AS WELL as the animator.
