Mayb it never disappears as he was alive. But mayb after death it did.

Minato is dead you know, and he just attacked Obito before through that Mark that he did in the fight first fight with him. It Never disappears, but after Obito became the Jin. of the Juubi it disappeared, because he hasn't the same skin anymore.
