Its impossible for Madara and Sasuke to both be the reincarnation of the Elder Son.

Reincarnation means rebirth, the person is reborn. The same soul comes back for a new life, Madara was resurrected so he and Sasuke don't share a soul, so they can't both be the reincarnation because they are separate people.
