Kaguya was absorbing their chakra through that black goo. Not from Mokuton

Not if he uses it in techniques such as Mokujin, Mokuryu or Shinsuusenju. If Naruto were to combine earth and water releases through his Six Paths Senjutsu powers, I am pretty sure he will get a Shinju-level Mokuton release.

I don't think you realize what it means to have Rikudou power, Naruto is the closest version to a perfect JuubiJin since Hagoromo and Sasuke has the most powerful dojutsu after Kaguya.

There was no way in hell a tree trunk was killing them. Heck Naruto only needed one casual jutsu to destroy the tree. And wood is weak against fire, Enton would've cut through all the roots like they were paper.

I do realize what it means to have rikudou powers, and I do also know what it means to face Mokuton used by a Juubi's Jinchuriki like Madara!!
Hashirama with Mokuton kicked the crap out of Madara (who happens to be one of the greatest fire users) + Kyubi. That shows how powerful Mokuton is.
