Tsunade=grandaughter of the man he hates the most
Oonoki=punk ass kid that Madara bested before hand and now since he hasn't learned his lesson and is spouting hopeful prayer he has to die now

If anything those two should die. Connections to Madara should be reasons enough for him to want to kill them first off

and Every one of the Kage are children to Madara is old enough to be Tsunade's Grandfather, that's some old shit right there. They're all youngsters to him

I'd say Tsunade and Oonoki would die. Why? Tsunade dying would setup Naruto becoming Hokage and "catching up" to Gaara and Oonoki is old and everyone is always telling him to retire, likely foreshadowing his death.
