One thing is certain - it is someone Karin is unfamiliar with. Which means he is not Kabuto, he is not a Zetsu, nor Yamato.
Also, if you look at the foot.. it does resemble edo tensei summons.
His legs are bruised, so it means he was in battle but ET summons were fighting all over the place.
However, Kabuto ended the jutsu.
...unless the guy knows how to overcome the technique.
Oro looks a bit like he knows who the person is or has a speculation. Look how calm he is. This just boosts the fact that this can be an edo tensei summon he has researched but never tried to use.
So who has Kabuto revived that we don't know of and still has the ability to turn this whole manga around..?

I could say Izuna, however if it was Izuna, Tobirama would notice... he knows his chakra.
Unless Tobirama can't use his sensing abilities. (I have not confirmed this)

...ugh, that was just a random suggestion, I doubt Fugaku would be able to free himself out of an edo tensei.

I thought of Fugaku because I asked myself what does this mystery figure got to do with Sasuke? The first thing he did was go to Sasuke, so we can say this person was looking for Sasuke specifically. So who might be seeking him and want to have a chat/deal with him?

Uchiha Shisui is a very good suggestion in fact. It's not gonna be the first time dead guys turn out to be alive. His body was never fouind by Kabuto and it would make sense why he would want to go to Sasuke - he is his friend's brother after all.
But the whole x person = Shisui sounds a bit awkward. If Shisui was alive up until now, why wouldn't he have taken any action/made an appearance at all?? He must have been aware of what was going on, he fought for the village. Why hide all this time and appear now? Doesn't really make sense.

I guess we can only just wait and see what Kishimoto's got in store for us.
