I believe the viz scan says "I cant beat Sasuke just by being strong...inside him is". Then pans back to Naruto saying he alwys knew Indra was there.

Well Naruto's scan that you posted is inaccurate. What he mean't was that you can't beat him just by being strong.

The other scan though is accurate. He lost.
