(1) i believe the present that minato said he has for naruto is the other half of the nine tails power,an also upon obito an madaras death minato would seal the ten tails inside naruto thus making him the new so6p.

(2)What would become of obito and madaras eyes after they defeat them?
also what would happen to obitos lab where he has all thoes sharingan eyes?????

Obito's eyes will depend if he dies or not, Madara is an edo, so his eyes aren't really transferable.
