Tough choice, I would say the match is so close it could go either way, depends if Tobi manages to dodge all the summons, gedo mazou, the soul absorbing dragon while managing to do any kind of damage to Nagato. We havent seen tobi really use the rinnegan yet and I am pretty sure that nagato has more experience with it. But if we were to count in tobis paths (the jinchuuriki) I say Tobi wins, if not I would say its a draw

Obito can beat Pretty much any1 without S/T jutsu so Obito takes this fairly easily. He doesn't need Gedo Mazo or the paths.

thats easy,the one who has had more time with the rinnegan,or the one who mastered it the most. Madara got his shortly before his death,tobi tk his from nagato. So by default nagato gets gedo in both cases.
