Of as this moment sasuke isnt even in the same lead as naruto, and I can guarantee that fighting madara wouldnt be a walk in the park for naruto so what makes you think that sasuke can go toe to toe with madara without any help. Thats being naive and condescending. Sasuke is a powerfull shinobi but he is just not there yet.
Sharingan user fighting another sharingan user doesnt mean a thing. Thats like saying two people with water jutsu will be on an even level, thats not the case. If one sharingan user has more experience and has more technique then they will definitely beat the weaker sharingan user. Dont mistake sasuke being able to negate itachi's genjutsu. Ex: The only reason why sasuke was able to negate itachi's genjutsu is because he was close in strength and also he new itachi too well to be trapped in his illusions.Sasuke isnt focused on madara at the moment he is focused on destroying konoha so just leave it at that.
And what does him fighting danzo has to do with anything, that was a great battle but at what cost, sasuke almost went blind in a short period of time for being reckless with his ms.
Madara was able to create wood release clones and give them all susanoo, stand on equal no even higher ground than the current kages all of there strength put together and even use perfect susanoo once claiming he doesnt use the same technique twice. Madara has hashirama dna and the rinnegan and we havnt really seen him use many rinnegan based techniques yet. Madara is a monster and thats that.
P.S. Sasuke needs more than a power up to fight madara, it would have to be a miracle.
