Haku.
Deception
Haku has a rare ability to deceive and fool others. While constantly being made fun of for this, Haku dresses like a female. This allows Haku to appear innocent, and fooling opponents into believing false intentions.
Multiple things to note from this. Haku seems to have background knowledge in the medical field, with the ability to pick out the correct herbs, and use them to his benefit. Also, haku knows what true strength is, long before Naruto realizes that himself. It was haku that gave naruto one of his many "nindo's" which is to protect those closest to you, and that is when you become really strong. lastly, Haku's deception lead Naruto to believe it was a completely different person he was battling, then who he saw in the forest. it was until Hakus mask came off, when naruto realized who he was actually facing. Haku's ability to deceive others into believing something he is not, could allow him to take advantage of people, in a later situation. Like when naruto stopped his attack, after he realized who Haku really was.
Countering
Haku has the ability to completely counter and neutralize a jutsu/technique just by watching and observing.
Zabuza says it himself, just by watching and observing a technique, haku can come up with a plan, just like that. This displays a high level of battle strategy, and coping mechanisms to counter such a high level of eye, like that of the sharingan. Especially considering that was likely the first time Haku had ever heard of the sharingan.
Battle IQ
Haku has an extremely smart, high IQ, especially when in battle.
Many things to note here. For one, Haku knows every vital spot in the human body. As sasuke says, Haku could have killed him at any time, but Haku purposely hit the weak spots, to prevent him from killing Sasuke. He knows the spots which could lead to a fatal injury, or insignificant wounds.
Same thing proven here. haku had precise accuracy and knowledge to put Zabuza in a death like state. Once again, also tying into my fisrt bullet, the deception. Haku deceived his opponents into believing they had won, when this was fair from the truth. Haku was able to escape, along with his senseii, with little to no problem at all. This is all because of his knowledge on the human body, and where the important organs lie.
Also, Kakashi notes Haku's smarts when he says "for a kid to master a jutsu like that.." This dsiplays Haku's willingness and ability to master such complex moves. While this was a kenkai genkaii, it was still a very hard jutsu to learn, yet master.
Haku also knows a shinobii's main purpose for battling, to protect and fulfill their dream. haku can relate to his opponents, and understand their methods and reasons for doing what they do.
Finally, when faced with a stalemate with Sasuke, Haku knows Sasuke weakness, which is the downed Naruto. using his IQ, Haku exploits this, and attacks Naruto. this gets Sasuke in a vulnerable state, which Haku exploits, and takes out Sasuke.
Backstory
Haku had arguably the toughest, and gut wrenching backstory, which gives him experience in dire situations.
Haku has firsthand experience and knowledge of the pain of being alone, and unwanted. he can use this to relate to others, and how they feel. Too gain quality knowledge and mature, on a subject. One must first experience this firsthand, and formulate their own opinion. Haku did this, which developed one of the main themes in the entire manga. Protect those closest to you, and you will become much stronger. Haku has experience in the field of losing someone close, he knows how it truly feels. which gives him knowledge on how to either move on, or relate to others who have dealt with the same thing
