It is kill or be killed when death threats come into play you should never be willing to risk that the person was talking in hyperbole, either report them to the authorities or ensure they can not carry out their threat, whichever way you choose is a personal option/opinion that I don't feel like talking about. The only time I see it acceptable to take another's life is to protect yours or your families and Incognito threatened both in Martins' case.
