You see that is your problem. You are judging a scene without fully knowing what is happening. Just because shes a ninja it does not mean there cannot be a cause of her to be screaming that way for Naruto. So just wait for the movie before judging that scene off completly. It makes zero sense because you have not seen the movie. Toneri is known to steal powers. So I will not be suprised he has taken her power to capture her. But once again this is all speculation. You can't judge a character off a scene like that.
