how is this a mistake... there are more than one frog summons... there are more than 1 snake summons... just because u haven't seen the slug summons because tsunade only summons katsuyu... doesn't mean that there isn't more than 1 slug summons -.-

Sasuke could always summon a snake he trained under the snake master.
And why would he summon a snake against the then second snake master ?
What good would a snake summon do to a person who ascended to a dragon ?
He is summoning his sanke now because it actually serves a purpose in battle at the moment.

Also even if he wanted to use his snake earlier the cave would of prevented his snake from moving around too much given its size.
