It HAS NOT gotten any higher than this.

She's currently the only one that counters all Ninjutsu,Genjutsu,and Taijutsu.

She absorbs all ninjutsu even if it has sage chakra.

She has the strongest genjutsu which counters all genjutsu.

and Taijutsu is pointless since she'll regenerate.

She wasn't trying to kill them at first...by the time she decided to, Naruto had a counter (steam Release)

She wasn't stupid or lacking in battle tactics either...Just restricted by plot.

Wasn't Sasuke holding back just to train his Rinnegan against her?
