That interview info from forneverworld seems iffy (really, tweets?), also in 2012 it had been said that manga will end at 2013.
Story ain't seen perky as it was used to by viewers, Kishi might be playing like a band which "confirms" they are gonna leave the stages soon but keep going on more than they have stated to so while taking $$ from fans who are willing to pay for seeing the band for one last time and taking their supposedely one last album.
