Madara had to rely on stealing eyes, DNA's and Bijuu's to get more power, Hashirama got his power fair and square by training and that's why he's the best Shinobi, he doesn't need to be stealing eyes here and there in order to become stronger, he uses his own powers and that's having honor and pride, Madara is a disgrace to the Uchiha's if you ask me.
No wonder Madara is fanboying Hashirama, sadly most Uchiha fanboys are too blind to see that.
