Ok, so the threads have been filling up with 3rd raikage hype and false assessments .. Now I'm here to repute those claims.. Those who say the 3rd is top 10 and the 4th is also very strong compared to the Naruto Universe don't think of strategy, skill, and use of jutsu.. Itachi is a very skilled shinobi.. Against the 4 th raikage, given his speed, the only thing Itachi will have to be on his toes about is when the 4th Raikage is at top speed.. How will he counter it? Itachi's jutsu speed and use of shadow clones is second to none.. he'll create a shadow clone using this speed and it won't be an ordinary clone either.. the clone will be close and circulating around Itachi's space, when the 4th tries to hit Itachi, Itachi, knowing when he will execute it, will have the clone explode and using the body flicker escape the blast, targeting the raikage, the raikage will be stunned but not in serious condition.. However , this battle is close to over.. Itachi will then subdue the 4th with his powerful genjutsu ( his skill with it is enough to at least hold the raikage under it even if it is for a very brief moment) ..
This is enough time for Itachi to strike the stunned raikage with his own body( as shown with naruto against the 3rd) but using his high proficiency in taijutsu and accuracy( sharingan) he kicks the raikages arm straight into his chest and through his heart.. There are alternate scenarios as well if this 1seems too fast, his shuriken jutsu is also stellar.. He could alternate between shadow clone and kunai bombs with ease.. he'll eventually blow the raikage to bits..
Unto the 3 rd.. Given this match up, this will be relatively easy for Itachi.. though the only thing hell have to stay aware if the 3rd's powerful use of his a Black Lightning, given his high chakra reserves..Itachi will be able to keep up with the 3rd, and in short, will use his body against him..but not after using similar methods like with the 4th.. Itachi isn't just strong because of his powerhouse Susanoo or MS techniques.. NB Itachi fans and some members do not heed this, it's not all about who can overpower who with this and that.. It comes down to 9/10. Who the better shinobi is .. Period.. Also, For those saying that Itachi still wouldn't be able to beat either 1 this way, especially the 4 th,,as I'm sure there will , itachi 1st stage if susanoo owns the 4th..and 3rd
