You can block and sub out of it. I think it only kills you instantly if you're literally standing next to them like in the vid.

Plus it means Danzo's health is almost out since it's his awakening.

Depends on how big the range is and if you can attack Danzo during it to interrupt it.

Not as good as it seems in my opinion, but there shall be games raged at for it. It wasn't a good choice for a mechanic.
