[Question] This is about Rping Kind of.

I read the rules on Role playing, but I still have some questions.

1.) Who do you think is the best Suiton / Fuuton teacher here? My car has been egged so I need to use a high water style jutsu to clear it off.

2.) If I make a custom bio (lets call him Penguin Uchiha) I know I can still be a sensor and stuff. Can Penguin Uchiha and have a sharingan though? Or does the Uchiha have to be real? (Itachi / Sasuke / Fugaku etc)

3.) I am jounin rank and I can have a summoning contract. I do not know anyone with summoning contracts. Please for the love of all that is holy, point me in the right direction? [Preferably Penguins :x3:]

4.) If there is no Penguin Summons that are already made, can someone make them. I love Penguins.

5.) How do I contact RP Moderators for permission. I like weighted training and it says I need permission first.

I like penguins. I never seen anybody use a penguin in Naruto. Waiting for Tobirama to summon one, but doubt it will happen.
