Falls out of the tree and wakes up.
She only hears you say the last part of the sentence.
"The weakness of lighting is earth and is neutral to fire and wind. it is strong against water." she explains as she rubs her head where she had fallen on the ground out of the tree.

Water conducts lightning and is not really a weakness. You can use it as a medium for a stronger combination attack for lighting/water combo's. Wind is the weakness to lightning as it is an insultator to it. However you are correct that fire and lightning are neutral to each other. Lightning is strong against earth and will tear it apart.
Now tell me what is the lightning element?

"Lighting Realese is one of the five basic elemental natures that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high very quick vibrations in thier chakra, allowing for extreme damage and fast movements." She picks up her book and puts it in her pocket.

I do as i am told by siting on the ground, I sit on my feet and start to mediate. I let out a deep breath.
"Lighting is a form of light and pretty and most of all shocking.(xd)"
I sigh knowing i probley got most of that wrong yet i countie.
"Not only does it have beuity in the sense, but it can call upon a storm or destrucive power. This is all depends how you deside to use such a nature." I finisally fisish explaining and open my eyes then look up to you and yawn.

I gather my chakra as I take deep breaths; I hold my hands out in front of me as sparks to fly when I try to gather my lighting chakra in my hands. I close my eyes to focus harder, as I do the sparks get bigger. I try to image the tree splitting in two but when I do I lose focus then having to restart. After the third attempt, I sit back down the ground growling to myself, I've made nothing but sparks.
