I saw this video 3 days ago. I was going to make a post about it yesterday but decided not to. I do think Luffy was holding back, and has more powerful techniques and forms that he didnt use against doflamingo. He was more then confident that G4 would be enough to finish Doffy, so why use a stronger technique.

Im curious what else Rayleigh taught him over the time skip.
