Let's say he utilize a thousand clones, then forming Oodama Rasen-shurikens on his 2 arms, and a few more chakra arms, so let's say he have a total of 5 Oodama Rasen-shurikens on every clone, he will have a total of 5000 giant rasenshurikens.

Since he most likely will use Kurama's chakra while fighting, along with his own. and the Tailed-beast bomb is basically the Rasengan with a ratio mix of dark and normal chakra. assuming he could pull it off somehow he could make Tailed-beast-shuriken, which would probably do the same affects as the Rasen-shuriken, except on a greater scale. muwahahahaha
