So i pop in on some Naruto Role Playing battle arena threads sometimes on accident and they post things like "anyone who posts in this thread without permission will be reported" or "Anyone who posts in this thread with be reported" and i was wondering what they are actually reporting FOR... Besides being a ****, you're not breaking any rules right...? Is it a bluff?

Those threads are for RP only in the idea that there are two people fighting. If you are not fighting and posting, it is considered spam which is against the rules.
