This Further Proves Rinnegan Is Not A Sharingan Evolution

Urashiki likely ate a chakra fruit and got a red tomoe Rinnegan in one of his eyes, which he can deactivate into his normal Byakugan, the one he was born with. Probably because his Rinnegan is a unique, red 6 tomoe Rinnegan, unlike the rest that don't have that ability. The fact that he had a Byakugan there beforehand has nothing to do with it, they are completely separate powers. Don't consider it an evolution, he's swapping between the two. The fruit bestowed him with the Rinnegan, like Momoshiki, but in a different place. If someone with no eye power ate that fruit and deactivated their Rinnegan, they would just have their regular eye instead.

Why did it appear in his eye? Well, why did Momoshiki's Rinnegan appear in his palms? Who knows? Maybe it depends on the chakra fruit or the individual who eats the fruit. The effects aren't always the same, but they give a massive amount of chakra and eye powers in every case, I guess.

Well, as for what I know, I've read 3 monthly mangas that had anime to go with them.

All 3 of them have/had major divergences between the anime and manga despite being similar.

Now I don't claim to be the authority on the matter or anything like that, but I just really feel like that filler/canon stuff only really works for weekly manga/anime combos (like Naruto or Fairy Tail)

Rinnegan is stronger and is only missing the pupil wheels. You naturally progress from sharingan to rinnegan to rinne sharingan. You can skip tje process entirely by consuming a chakra fruit to go right to rinne sharingan or rinnegan. Or consume Hagoromo's him chakra (and survive) to get the rinnegan. Just because you can skip a process does not void an evolution.

Humans evolved from neatherthals so just because we give birth to new humans and not Neanderthal means we never evolved from another species? That's your logic here.

Sasuke and Madara has access to their Sharingan, MS and Rinnengan jutsu. Both of them can use Susano, while those who got Rinnengan without having Sharingan doesn’t have MS jutsu.

To make it easier:

Sasuke = Access to Sharingan, MS and Rinnengan power
Madara = Access to Sharingan, MS, Rinnengan and Rinne-Sharingan
Kaguya = Access to Byakugan, Rinne-Sharingan but no MS jutsu and Rinnengan jutsu
Momoshinki = Only Access to Rinnengan and Byakugan, no access to MS jutsu


See those who starts from Sharingan and evolve to Rinnengan are more powerful than those who starts from Rinnnengan and skipping Sharingan.

If a characters starts with Sharingan and is able to evolve to Rinne-Sharingan, in theory should be more power than someone who starts with Rinnengan or Rinne-Sharingan.

It's not confirmed shit. Otsutsuki can have both dojutsu, Momoshiki has both Rinnegan and Byakugan. Same for Urashiki. So all Hinata can get is another L.
