But seriously, you didn't enjoy the Kabuto fight in Chikara? Seeing Sasori storm a castle with his puppets? Seeing them actually defeat the 7 Swordsmen?

We have the same viewpoint on them! I liked the ones from last year when they were fighting the 7 Swordsmen and stuff.

I know, the rain boy has literally the same colour eyes? They could at least have them actually be controlled and not reminisce about the past or at least have the eyes and come out the coffin.

Agreed, the war is a terrible excuse to bring filler characters to the series. Why would Kabuto even bother going through the trouble of grave-robbing and reviving some of the filler characters? They're hardly as powerful or famous as the rest of his Edo Tensei roster.

I'd appreciate good fillers or extensions to fights, since those would appear more interesting to me. A large majority of people were hoping to see Kakashi's rampage, myself included, but the closest we got was seeing him finish off a few of the Swordsmen. It was hardly an epic 'rampage' as one would expect.
Imo, they should have revealed Madara long ago so that we could have fillers about his past, or something more constructive than random characters with Pt.1 flashbacks.

My thoughts exactly. How would've Madara flashbacks worked though? I would've just wanted to see him tear up the place the second he's revealed really, the Onoki flashback is enough to hype him up really

Filler adds to the show most of the time. This filler does not add anything to the series and is simply just about stalling with minimal effort.

Well it's all a matter of opinion but manga that expands and goes beyond the original content whilst using it is great, it only expands the Naruto universe in a way that the author couldn't do for time/panel page restrictions, seeing the 7 Swordsmen defeated and a flashback of Team Asuma and kid Chouji definitely makes the Chouji transformation moment all the better.

It depends on the filler itself, random 'new enemy of the week' like they're doing now is bad because it's just pointlessly stalling and it's not balanced with canon.
