I think Naruto and Sasuke are far stronger than the VOTE Madara and Hashirama. Madara only had Kurama where both Naruto and Sasuke have all 9 bijuu and rikudo's chakra whereas Hashi and Maddy at that time only had Ashura and Indra chakra.
