Nope not really since Sasuke failed to kill him with his buff while Naruto was holding back and only try countering his moves he was on the defensive. I don't see people talking reckless when Maddy became a Jin or Kaguya being a Jubi Jin that's part of Body power and rinnegan Visual prowess

This is a shounen, you expected Sasuke to kill Naruto ? Logic doesn't apply here. Naruto haves to win to matter what. What would be the point of the whole manga if Naruto lost ? The manga is called Naruto....

He has the ability to, certainly, but nothing indicates that he has learned how to use it. So until Canon Sasuke shows the ability to use that, he canonically cannot.

For example, I know that canonically Sasuke has demonstrated two of the Six Paths that Pain used, those being Preta through a limited form and Deva through Chibaku Tensei. Though both are impressive in their own right, neither indicate that he has mastered the Rinnegan's full potential, not even in his adulthood. So, while I might be proven otherwise in the future, Sasuke canonically has shown no proof of knowing neither Bansho Ten'in nor Shinra Tensei.
