It's up there, anything with Steve Blum in it. I always feel like they nailed Yu-Gi-Oh and Death Note too.

Studio Ghibli have the best in the game though, somehow they get Hollywood A-Listers who completely respect/understand the source material and add something new to it.

I love Steven's voice-acting. I mostly known him from MGS: Peace Walker and MGS: Portable Ops, and later on Cowboy Bebop.

You can't forget Mugen from Samurai Champloo and Amon from Legend of Korra. Hoooooly sh*t does that voice make for one iconic villain. He even does Onoki's english voice and as silly as it is, it's super distinctive and you'd never guess it was him.

I forgot Samurai Champloo. Perhaps no matter how bad the other voice-actors, Steven's "GOLDEN VOICE" almost apparently covers up the whole dubbing project. A watcher wouldn't be bothered with how shitty an English dubbed anime as long he hears Steven.
