so right now it takes 4 kages to hold up the barrier for the juubi. now that the other kages are alive and well again, they would take place of the barrier and the 4 hokages would battle madara.

they could make rather the same barrier, where 4 kages is needed and tsunade can assist with the healing or have all five of them there since the chakra from dead people is much more limitless than alive.

sakura could heal the kages to there maxium.

while this all happens more shinobi's are attacking the juubi.

Yeah its probable.But its also probable that this barrier is only exclusive to Leaf(Konoha) shinobi,so Kages of other nations might not know it.

Madara already would put up a good fight against the Edo Kages, and possibly win due to Rinnegan + Mukuton.

He is gonna become juubi jin which makes him too OP

i think that all nation may know it. because the time period of each kage are so different. minato would only know it if the third kage should him and the 1st and 2nd would probably have developed it and taught the third and while giving the tail beast to the other lands they was taught. that is why the 1st distribute the tails around to the other lands to stabilize the power of the village.
