So, is this all plastic surgery, or good genetics? Do people age at different rates, for example, my friend and I are only about to turn 18 and we're already balding men and look older than her, and she's 40.

Well the body isn't ageing by forty to that huge extent so with a LOT of work you can get a good figure, the only slight giveaway is that gravity has got to her breasts LOL but the face...she is wearing a LOT of make up but many women of forty don't look it, if she has been taking care of her skin her whole life and using anti ageing creams.
