well my bad then. At least i am halfway right though. That thread title did not mention a character or anything just naruto being ridiculous.

But like i said i just laughed a bit just because it is kinda funny that akamaru got a cloak. Ofc since kiba got one he would get one, but its just the fact that a dog was given chakra. Not haten on akamaru (i dislike kibas arrogance, but like akamaru)
