It doesnt matter whether Obito sees Madara as an ally or not, fact is he's been used almost his entire life. Madara got exactly what he wanted thanks to the pawn.

I cant comment on Kaguya's case, because we know so little. Madara planned this over 100 years and has deserved to stand where he is now.

no Madara > Obito
You can't say Madara's greater than Obito when he grabbed him as a weakened child and then put a seal on him, that proves how weak Madara is. He couldn't trust his own ability of manipulation so he had to resort to dirty tricks i.e Rin/seal
Obito (as well as Naruto) made this manga for me, his character is so interesting that I just love this and the whole story.

Obito tried to warn the world about Madara through his actions.

U bring up some interesting points some that r facts, but Kaguya hasnt been revealed to be controlling Madara it could just be for show (to show the similarities).
Madara and Obito had the same goal, the reasons were the same i.e. to change the world.
The ten-tails and Kaguya are not the same person/thing, and it didnt show whether Madara had to "struggle" to control the Ten-Tails but i think he didnt hence the Mode he enter once he became its Jinchuuriki.
Kaguya wasnt the one "corrupting" Obito, that was Naruto showing him the path he was trying to take.
This Obito > Madara of yours is an opinion.

Kaguya isn't controlling madara
That symbolizes madara getting power hungry like Kaguya

None of this is showing madara as a pawn she told him to absorb the holy tree because he did not know to do it i would say at this point they are partners more than anything madara created the plan to use infinite tsukiyomi and kaguya is an ally sharing his same ideals and being as greedy as him madara is beyond manipulation look at the difference between him and obito even obito said he walked the world on behalf of madara obito was fooled into becoming evil but as time went on you could see hos struggle with the good side madara on the orther hand is getting exactly what he wanted i could see if kaguya came in the picture before hand but she didnt which makes her nothing more than an ally or a source of information

I beg to differ

Kaguya is not going to be the final villain or anything like that nor will she somehow comeback
All of this was madara's plan
People are looking too much into it

Madara has been shown in the manga speaking to a mystery person, who was asking Madara to "let them in". The assumption is that this could be Kaguya, but an assumption is always just that, guesswork. :)
Madara and Obito had the same goal, the reasons were the same i.e. to change the world.
Everytime I hear that, I have a feeling of doubt. Looking at Madara's past, he was deeply involved in heavy fighting between Senju and Uchiha, and even after having seen such bloodshed, when Hashirama opens up and discusses peace between clans, and asks Madara how they can get along, Madara responds like this:

Conclusion I reached, Madara's answer to peace is through revenge, and he is very much like Sasuke in this selfish drive.
I doubt Madara cares much about peace personally. I think it would be more likely (and this theory is pretty far-fetched) that he perhaps knows how to rewind time, and wants to rewind time to re-fight Hashirama/prove that he didn't take Izuna's eyes on purpose, or some other ridiculous Madara style gesture.
Looking through Madara's past, his life story is one desperate clasp for power after another.

The things he has done IS his form of manipulation, Madara ****ed Obito's mind by setting up Rin's death, thus drawing Obito onto his side....
All Madara did was have a whole lot of backup plans for almost any scenario he could think of

Madara response was just a test for Hashirama, to see what Hashirama would actually do if given an ultimatum such as the one he presented.
