hashirama = soft n kind~ thats why he can unite the senju n uchiha.
tobirama = strict n smart ~ thats why he can make the village administration n stuff.
hiruzen = wise ~ thats why he can maintain the stability of the village
minato = dunno....maybe polite haha.....and kind.
