Well, I get what you're saying that the character development seems odd given the present conditions. Like, when they're talking, why is Kaguya just staying still? She seemed like she was in such a hurry to finish them, but instead she just floats, watching them save each other and talk.
I feel like Kishi is trying really hard to prolong the suspense of who Kaguya really is, but he has been pushing it off while trying to slowly sneak in some character development at the same time as plot. I just want a pause already, someone needs to explain wth is going on. Even if it has to be spiral zetsu talking to the hokages.
