Sasuke will take the tailed beasts with him, leave and "start the revolution". This is where the upcoming movie starts. Naruto is in the desert searching for Sasuke and the tailed beasts. So basically part 3 will be Naruto trying to stop Sasuke and save/free the tailed beasts.
