He's been spamming Kamui non-stop, that's why it's blurry. Otherwise, Sharingan only serves to enhance vision. What you say makes no sense.

As of right now, its evident he sucks with it long range. EVERYTIME he has used it at range, he has somehow missed a portion of his target, but at close range he is always successful.
It never stated he was losing his sight, otherwise he would have said so along with his sentence.

Who cares if he goes blind now? It doesn't remove his overall performance in the war no matter how much you don't like him.
