The manga stated all chakra comes from the 10 tails. So everybody is using the 10 tails power.

OT: Naruto is someone that's needs the cooperation of other people to be strong so of course he's going to have borrowed power. Doesn't change the fact that he's solod so many and about to solo madara the person that "stole" Hashirama's power.

Also I find it funny that people think sasuke borrowed oro's powers. Yes he borrowed the curse mark but not his snake powers, that was a battle prize for beating oro. Next itachi did not give him ms he awakened It by himself. Next he awakened ems by himself when he transplanted itachi's eyes into him. NOT EVERYONE CAN AWAKEN EMS. Finally yes he got the sosp powers coz without it he couldn't beat op hax madara.
